How do I place an order?
All orders and payments are processed via our website.
Do you offer last minute delivery?
We offer same day delivery if you order before 11:30am on weekdays and we will deliver your balloon by 5:30pm. For Saturdays, we offer next day delivery if you order by 3pm.
What payment methods are available?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Amex
Can I make any changes to my order details after it has been placed?
Balloon Mail will accept any changes to addresses, delivery dates, messages and products, if Balloon Mail is provided with 24 hours notice via email (hello@balloonmail.com.au), prior to the delivery date scheduled.
Can I cancel/refund my order?
Orders can be cancelled and a full refund will be issued, if Balloon Mail is provided with 48 hours notice via email (hello@balloonmail.com.au), prior to the delivery date scheduled.
Do you do bulk orders?
Absolutely! Please email us at hello@balloonmail.com.au, if you wish to place an order of 10+ balloon boxes and we will make this happen! Our team will be happy to help out with corporate enquiries.
Do you include any receipts/billing information?
Absolutely not! We do not include any prices, receipts or billing information, we only include the shipping information.
Can I send a balloon anonymously?
To all you secret admirers, we do not disclose any billing information with the recipient and this will ALWAYS stay confidential.
Where do you deliver to?
Balloon Mail delivers to Sydney Metropolitan and selected surrounding suburbs. Melbourne coming soon !
What are your delivery times?
Deliveries regularly take place between Monday to Friday at 12:30pm to 5.30pm. Saturday deliveries regularly take place between 8:00am-2:00pm.
Delays may occasionally occur, due to heavy traffic or road work, however we will do our best to deliver close to the time-frame specified.
Can you request specific delivery times?
We are unable to specify an exact time for delivery, as all delivery drivers must follow a specific route to deliver all orders by the times listed previously.
Please Note: We are unable to prioritise any delivery addresses, under any circumstances.
What is the cost of delivery?
$10 Flat Rate fee all across Sydney
What if nobody is home to accept the delivery?
If someone is not there to accept the product, it will be left at the front door (if it is safe to do so) and you will be notified via email tracking.
You will receive a tracking link that will provide you with contact to your delivery driver, in here you will be able to direct your driver to leave your product wherever you would like on your premises or with a neighbour.
If your order is directed to an apartment, business or school, we will offer redelivery the following day to the same or different address.
Can we deliver to hotels, businesses or schools?
We do offer delivery to all of the above. However, we do not recommend sending Balloon Mail to locations that are unavailable to accept the delivery up to 5:30pm.
We cannot, under any circumstances, accommodate deliveries to a specific time.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! You will receive tracking on the day of delivery as soon as your delivery driver picks up your Balloon Mail and begins his dispatch route (Approx. 1pm).
Can I leave any delivery instructions?
Yes. You can add any delivery notes to the driver via tracking link, which you will receive on the day of your scheduled delivery.
How long will my Balloon Mail last?
Our balloons last between 7-14 days depending on weather conditions.
Can i customise my Balloon?
We are only able to do this for large orders. For custom orders of 25+, please contact us via email (hello@balloonmail.com.au) to discuss.
What are the size of your Balloons?
Our balloons range from 40cm to 45cm depending on which product is purchased.
